Pros and cons:
• Personal Ship: you can save money on the European shipping, but the package could be subject to customs fee and/or delays due to customs checks. We do all our best to avoid customs fees, but only through the Italian Ship we can assure to looking after possible delays, issues or taxes.
• Italian Ship: You have to pay an additional fee for the international shipping but you will be sure that your items will always arrive at their destination, with no delays or customs fee. You don't need to be worried about the package status, the items quantity and so on.
If you choose Italian Ship, we always try to combine shippings from abroad with the ones of other customers who order in the same period and from the same country or shop. So, the basic fee for each shipping can be subdivided among customers.

★ My package is still not arrived at my home! What have I to do?
First, don't worry. Usually shippings arrives late when customs inspects for the package. In some countries this procedure can take up to one month.
Please check the tracking code we sent you together to the shipping confirmation. If the last status of the package is something about customs (for example: "Arrived at customs office", "Shown to the customs inspector") and this status remains the same for more than 5 days, ask to us the documentation: you should send it to the customs office of your country.

★ I would like to insure my parcel, could I know more about this?
Customers can request the insurance of their parcels in the order form. In this case, we declare the total value (or the value you request) on the package and you will have to pay the corrisponding customs duty for that value. EU contries only don't pay any duty on packages which come from Italy.
If the package will be lost, we will refund the declared value.

Every parcel has a tracking code and can be insured on request. The insurance is free up to 20,000 Yen, then it charges 50 Yen for every 20,000 yen of declared value.
International Mail is slower but cheaper than EMS.
It doesn't provide a tracking number but it can be insured for the declared value. The insurance is of 400 Yen up to 20,000 Yen, then it charges 50 Yen extra for each additional 20,000 Yen of value.
International Mail costs and delivery days depends on the method of shipping do you choose. You can check the rates here (the middle section), click "Rate schedule" then choose the shipping type (the only differences between them are prices and delivery days)
• International Mail - Airmail (most expensive): It takes 3~6 business days to arrive.
• International Mail - Economy Air / SAL (middle): It takes 6~13 business days to arrive.
