★ What can i buy?
Everthing you wish but illegal items.
For example, you can buy clothing, DVDs, music albums, manga, gadget, home decoration items, electronics, wigs, stationery, videogames, toys, BJD (dolls), cosplay stuff, books, underwear, shoes, pillows and much much more!
If you are unsure about an item, please inquiry us. We guarantee the privacy of all your informations.

★ Can I order from different shops at the same time?
Of course you can! You just need to send the relative .xls files or manual forms to us.
Usually for each shops we charge an individual commission fee (Taobao and similar sites excluded)

★ If I choose the Italian Ship, can you pack all the items together even if they come from different countries?
Yes, of course we do! Just request this by e-mail when you'll order.

★ I need to add other items in my order or change quantity, colors, etc.: what should I do?
Don't worry, your requests are always welcome.
To add other items in your order, simply send to us an e-mail including the form for orders by e-mail (you can find it on "★ Order!" page, 2nd method). We'll add the items in your invoice manually.
To chage quantity, colors and so on of an ordered item, send to us your requests by e-mail: we'll edit your invoice. You can do this only if we didn't send the money to the seller yet. So, wait before to pay if you are unsure about the ordered items!

★ For some reasons I need a refund: how it works?
If you pay by PayPal don't worry: we'll resend you the money by PayPal's default refund system.
If you pay in other ways, we have to subtract the money which is need to make the transaction from the total amount of the refund.
For example, if you paid € 80 by wire transfer and we need € 5 to make another wire transfer to your account, we can only refund you € 75.
For this reason, we highly recommend PayPal, or credit card, which has got low transaction fees.

★ Can you offer a lower fee for old customers?
No, we're sorry. But don't worry, we often offer promotional discounts for a limited time or over a certain purchase amount. Every promotions will be published in our blog.

★ Do you provide a real-time bidding?
Yes, but only on Ebay and Yahoo Japan Auctions.
We cannot direct bid on Mbok.jp: most sellers policy refuses to allow last-minute bids. We can buy from there but we cannot make bids in real time.
By real-time bidding you can directly communicate with us by any instant-messaging applications and I'll bid as you request.

★ Which languages do you speak?
English and Italian languages are welcome both!

★ How can I contact you?
Please see at the bottom of the sidebar.
We can communicate by e-mail, Windows Live Messenger, Skype (text only) or mobile (SMS only).
We're on Facebook, Netlog and Twitter too, but please don't send urgent messages by social networks because we cannot always reply in time.

★ I sent you a message but you didn't reply yet: why?
I manage this service by myself, my abroad corrispondents cannot reply to the service e-mails. I don't do this as my main work so I can reply to your e-mails in a few minuts or up to 48 hours depending on my availability. Due to this you should send me your requests on auctions as soon as possible because I cannot guarantee a 24/24h assistance.
So, please: if you didn't receive a reply immediately, don't be worried and do not send a lot of e-mails. This doesn't help neither of us both. Thank you for your understanding.
