Anyway, every order have to be sent to sugaryrain @ altervista . org . It would be nice if you can put as subject "China Order", "Japan Shop Order", "Auctions", "Urgent auction" or similar. This because we check first the e-mails for ending soon auctions. It is an help for you and us!

Beware, plase! Exchange rate system are fixed in the .xls files. But we always update them before sending you the estimate. The rate is the same of the PayPal exchange system, which is lower of 2,5% on the current value. For example, if one day: 113 CNY = 1 EUR, we calculate the exchange of PayPal for that day, which is 110 CNY = 1 EUR.
So, your estimate could change a little during the order due to exchange rates which are different every day.
★ 1st method: Sending your .xls file by e-mail
The easiest and the best method for us both. You just have to choose the relative form from the following .xls files, fill the requested cells and attach it to the e-mail which you'll send to us.
You'll receive your estimate as soon as possible.
Here you can find the files:
*if any of the .xls file cannot be downloaded or opened, please send us an e-mail requesting the file you need. We'll be glad to send them to you as soon as possible.
★ 2nd method: Sending a list by e-mail
You can use this method for an order of few items or a single item. It could be useful for customers who don't own any .xls files reader application or need to bid on a single auction only.
Just send to us your items list and we'll add them manually in your invoice.
For each item you have to specify:
